Coach Dot’s powerful messages were so impactful that I attended my second @LibertySB prospect camp yesterday. I always love listening to all the meaningful advice and instruction at the camp! I got some great advice about my swing and introduced to a new perspective on defense. Thank you so much to all the coaches and staff that made this camp and opportunities possible. @SamiFagan @kickem2theKIRB @CoachDot_LU

Beautiful evening in Hickory watching @LRSoftball last fall game. Even better that I got to watch it with @MannKatie2027 and see our friend and former Bulldog teammate play. @CE_Dodson @CarEliteNCorg @HollarShena

One of my favorite things about playing flag football is getting to compete alongside my softball teammates. The trust we have in each other doesn’t change with the game. 🥎🏈🏀

Katie Mann is an absolute dog for the Bulldogs.
The senior quarterback led Roxboro Community School girls flag football to a 30-6 victory at Southeast Alamance. RCS hasn't lost since dropping in its season-opener, and its talented QB is a big reason why.

Busy week between school📚 3 flag 🏈 games and 🥎 lesson with @mcm_t2g. Worked on staying straight to the ball & hitting more line drives. LR game tom 🐻 then back with my team in Raleigh on Sat & at the G for camp on Sun!

I focused on strength and explosiveness at Elite U this week preparing to play in PGF Cashionals. Unfortunately the tournament was canceled because of the weather, but this allowed me to watch a great @UNCGSoftball @LRSoftball softball game Friday night with @LexiPowell26!
