Any constitutional amendment that creates vote inequality or weakens public accountability risks undermining democratic governance in Zimbabwe.
Citizens must remain at the center of electoral processes.

At CIASA our role is clear: • Strengthening community awareness and accountability
• Supporting safe reporting pathways
• Advocating for justice systems that protect not silence survivors
• Challenging harmful norms that normalize GBV and child marriages
CIASA notes with concern that When cases lose momentum due to influence and intimidation, survivors are discouraged from reporting. This perpetuates a cycle of silence, impunity, and harm there by taking back efforts made towards ending GBV and child marriages in our community.

No excuses. No silence. No tolerance.
