What does win the week mean? Gayle threw some ostentatious party for sycophantic media members and awful politicians to secure her Benson tower subsidies?
Did this do anything for the city? I mean the businesses lost money from a PIttsburgh takeover of the Quarter.
Jeff Duncan: The Saints won the week in Paris, but the Steelers won the game in decisive fashion nola.com/sports/saints/saint…
Brees was great again this week in the booth. It helps that these games play to his strengths, late game strategy and he can explain the pros and cons of each choice. He tells you what he would do.
He has really improved tremendously. Underrated choice to replace Aikman on MNF.
As much as I would like one of the Shanahan/McVay boy geniuses, I think the floor raiser coach is the only way to go at this point. Need one actual adult in the organization. McDermott or start leveraging the roster for draft capital to trade for Tomlin.

However, it does appear they put out an excellent dessert room in Paris, so at least they're getting the big stuff right.
Nick in a nice way asked Moore about not using his TOs until it was too late. We may be making some progress here.
You can get rid of Kellen Moore but as I said when they fired Dennis Allen until they change the way they operate on a macro level, they ain’t winning shit nor is it an attractive job despite Shough.
The difference in this game was between a prepared but not great floor raiser coach in McCarthy who knew what he needed to do to win and clueless Kellen. Just an epic failure by the organization.
The Saints are going to lose by 6 points but at no point did you ever think they were capable of winning the game. Just an epic failure. Somehow worse than getting blown out by the Falcons.
Knew we would have at least one missed FG. Carlson, let your mother in law take of your wife and get your ass to France on time.
Andy Reid made 4 straight NFC Championship Games in the early part of this century without a running game. It is not easy but you can win games using short passes the same way you would use a run.
Is it more frustrating to have the QB and the rest of the team stink or to have a shitty QB and the rest of the team be good? The NFL paradox. But the Saints have to figure this out while Shough is on his rookie deal?
Imagine the Saints not being a total shit show and executing a FG with no TOs and the clock expiring.
