Read. Go to a Museum or Gallery. Seek and make Art. Use your body and mind. Ground in Natural Things and Spend Time in Nature. Eat Real Food; Colorful Things That Grow. Honor yourself. Consider your Loves. Chaos is not devoid of Hope. Butterflies have Effect; Stones ripple ponds.
