So, who is Moka? For nearly a thousand years, Moka's family controlled who was worthy of receiving the vampire curse. That changed during the First World War, when a rival bloodline began offering the curse as a weapon, creating a new generation of turned vampires. A century later, the elders sleep and their young blood roams free. Moka is one of them. Born into the curse, arrogant about her bloodline and convinced that immortality is a birthright, not something to be handed out to humans. She likes humans. She just doesn't think they're equals.
