Cognitive training for #epilepsy doesn't have to be intense. Reading, puzzles, traveling a new street, or listening to music can stimulate neural pathways without causing unnecessary fatigue or stress. -- How are you going to train on #TrainYourBrainDay? #EpilepsyAwareness

When was the last time you went to a conference in which a small church was celebrated for the great work they’re doing? Most of us have never seen it. This is a massive oversight that must change. karlvaters.com/potential-sma…

🚨 Convoy of Hope is responding in Nevada, where 90,000 people are evacuating as wildfires tear through the greater Reno area. 🚨 Since Saturday, the Hawk fire — the state’s highest-priority fire — has burned more than 15,000 acres. The blaze is still 0% contained. At least three first responders have been injured, as well as three civilians. As families urgently flee their homes, uncertainty grows. Convoy of Hope is sending immediate relief to families and emergency responders in Sierra County. By delivering essential items, we can bring these communities reminders of hope that they are not alone. Stay tuned for updates: h.ope.is/4gi9WlR (AP Photo/Tim Walton)

The world’s rewards are not bad, but they should never become the ultimate goals. Money, power, pleasure, and fame cannot give you what you are really looking for. That comes from faith, family, friendship, and meaningful work.

20 years ago, @stevehartmanCBS met Jason McElwain, a high school student with autism who became an overnight sensation during his final home basketball game when the coach let him suit up and play. As March Madness begins, we look back at the moment “J-Mac” became a symbol of triumph and possibility on the court.
