Huge congratulations to our coach Emily on being shortlisted for Coach of the Year at the South Ribble Sports Awards. Out of the 7 shortlisted coaches from various sports, Emily came 2nd place and won the Highly Commended trophy! 🏆 🥳 🎉 – at Preston, England
Tough day at the office today for our 1sts against a well drilled Greenhead side. Loads of positives to take away but not consistent enough across the court.
Back to the drawing board tomorrow morning in training 💙

Good luck girls 💙

A fantastic game for our 1sts today! It could have been won by either side as the play was end to end throughout with neither team stretching the lead larger than 5. An incredible game with some class netball played from both sides! Well done girls💙🙌

Our 2nds started the season with a BANG 💥 a fantastic opportunity to get the full long squad on court in a friendly against Priestley
After a hectic first quarter our girls settled and got in their flow. In the first half, our solid defenders only allowed 3 goals in, and...
...our attack were frequently finding the post. The second half proved just as strong with out girls extending their lead further coming away with a strong win 💪
Some great through court attack structures, albeit inconsistent, but we head into the classroom tomorrow to...
... look at where and how we can improve on today and grow together 👊

What a start to the season for our 1sts in their game against Priestley 🤩
Each quarter we played a new combination allowing each player to show what they can do on court! 💃
Some great variety on CPA from our middies and slick through court attack from defence through to goal🙌
Putting into games what to do in training ✅
We hit the screens tomorrow morning to analyse our efforts and make our game stronger 💪
