At the moment of delivering the ball at a throw-in, a player has one foot outside the field of play and the other foot fully inside the field (not touching the touchline). The ball then enters the field and is intercepted by an opponent.
What is the correct decision?

After a penalty kick has been taken, the ball rebounds from the crossbar, remains on the field of play, and goes to the kicker, who then scores a goal.
What is the correct decision if no other player touches the ball between the first and second shot?

The Saint Louis Steamers led by Pat McBride were the "Toast of the Town" and regularly sold out the Checkerdome. As reported by Michael Lewis, under Pat's leadership and personality, the team never gave up! RIP Coach McBride!

Such a small gesture, but so great seeing @cone_cindy and @jtbatson supporting referee teams, the Deaf National Teams, etc. consistently and with actions. Look at those players smiling seeing them. 🇺🇸
