Currently on the @cjalliance webinar: Building A Diverse Criminal Justice Workforce. I found Hauwa Shehu, @CPSMuslimNet hit the nail on head when she said black people weren’t surprised by what happened to #GeorgeFloyd. That’s exactly how I felt, that says we need change now!
'Only time will show if this is a moment of change. Workforce diversity is important but CPS 20% bame diversity is mostly concentrated in London. If this is a seminal moment we need allies so we as bame staff don't have to do all the heavy lifting' @CPSMuslimNet #FitForPurposeCJS
