@ups why have I had to call 30+ times over 4+ months to get an insurance payment for a package you damaged & "merch missing" en route & still have no insurance payment? Same story & empty promises of resolution each time. Horrific customer service.

Yet again waiting on a supervisor to call back. Been told this multiple times and only spoken to a sup once (on a call I initiated, never get called back) who promised to escalate it yet here I am, still waiting.

Getting ready for back to school and found that my @levarburton autographed picture faded. Idk what was different about this summer, because it’s always been in the same place and never faded. :( At least I got back in time to catch it before it disappeared. Weird, though.
