My quality of life since removing news media from my daily content intake has been so good for my mental health.
I've been off any and all news. That includes Fox and conservative medias. Until real journalism returns, our media here in the US is complete and utter garbage. It's not as bad as Twitter, but shit give em some time to catch up. Nah, I'm good.
If laws stopped crime, you'd think we'd have no criminals at all here in the US. If you watch CNN as a straight white male, and you believed everything CNN tells ya, you'd think you're the biggest contributor to the issues here in the US.
