Kudos to the Milwaukee Brewers for sending five planes to Tampa Bay, bringing along not only their players and families, but their entire front office staff and scouting and development departments.

A DM to a college coach should read like a stat line.
Grad year. Position. Height. Club. GPA. Film.
2027 LHP | 5’11” | Club Team | 3.9 GPA | Film Link
That’s it.
Save the long explanation about why you’re a good fit for an email.
The goal of a DM is to get your film opened, not tell your life story.

Parents,
It's obvious to coaches when you're managing your kid's social media account. And it's a bad look.
Monitor is cool. Manage is not cool.

Morgan Freeman was not wrong when he said, "Become a man who can face a breakup. lose a job. deal with debt and still say, ‘God is with me. I’ll figure it out."

The majority of college baseball recruiting is based around trust! Personal relationships & trust between coaches will never go away! Every player at every level needs an advocate! Who’s yours that you trust with your career?

🚨 WELCOME TO THE SBA BOLTS 15U, TYLER SISTO! 🚨
Huge addition to our 2030 group! The LHP/1B out of Cicero, NY brings serious upside on the mound with a loose arm, quality secondary stuff, and plenty of projection. The FB is already up to 84 mph, the CB spins up to 2,400+ RPM, and the CH flashes plus potential. The arm talent is real, and the ceiling is through the roof.
Excited to get to work! 🔥

From @MLBNetwork: The Rays (80 scouts) and Brewers (64) have two of the largest scouting departments in baseball. The Brewers (46 employees) and Rays (39) both rank in the top 7 in MLB in largest analytics departments.
Spending to win doesn't necessarily involve top free agents.

🚨College Recruiting🚨
📌D1 quiet period doesn't mean you stop learning about schools.
When campus visits are allowed, look past the stadium‼️
Ask how they develop players at YOUR position and what it takes to earn playing time.
Anyone chime in here…
What's one question every recruit should ask?

Thankful to @CSA_Training for the opportunity to play up at 16U last night against a very good Gulf Breeze HS team at Pensacola State College!
Popped out 2, allowed a walk, then battled back to punch out a senior lefty swinging!
Grateful for the opportunity to compete and keep getting better! #CoastalSportsAcademy #EarnedNotGiven
