Respect all,
I have an issue with my purchase of Basalt recently and I have contacted the crm through mails and calls but till now no one properly responded for the past 5 days. See the attachments.
ALT Today's mail.
ALT First mail, after I felt something was wrong with the showroom team.
The cars on-road price is 9.33 lakhs (with accessories) and now we are going to spend 9.19 lakhs (without any accessories). Third party accessories would cost us Rs.50,000. Why should I bear this cost, why is the CRM not taking us seriously. This has shattered your brand value.
