🌟 Congratulations Nick Wilde and the team at @CTSLarchitects 🌟
Nick's submission was brilliant on quality - showing a total, low carbon retrofit as the achievement for each property - setting the bar for retrofit design at large scale!

Great to spend yesterday afternoon with the team @CTSLarchitects & Torus Asset Mgmt Team. Exploring the fascinating world of BIM Modelling and how it can be used to deliver decarbonisation programmes at scale. They also entrusted me to use their state of the art h/h scanner!
