We're at maker fair Ottawa! Come out and meet Waldo, DJ Roomba, and a whole bunch of cool things!

How do you spend a weekend when the powers out all across town? We built another robot! DJ Roomba was built in only 15 hours, and features 2 wheel drive, Bluetooth, 100W of stereo sound, entirely driven from your phone. Keep an eye out at our events, including maker faire Ottawa!

We're recruiting for the new year! If youre interested in rovers, robots, or space, come out to our info session in Mackenzie 3380 today or tomorrow. No experience required, and it doesn't matter what program or year you're enrolled in. We teach you what you need to know.

We here at CPRT have extensive experience solving problems. In fact, todays prospecting task was going so smoothly that we shut down the rover in the middle, just to add some excitement.

This morning we had a great run through the equipment servicing challenge. With our arm back on, we opened the equipment panel, removed a bad fuse, and were the first team to turn the ball valve. We've now re-equipped for tomorrow morning's prospecting task.

You know, sometimes integration goes so smoothly you just have to smile. Today we're swapping out our arm for the mining system, in preparation for the resource extraction task this afternoon.

With a 1:45am start time, we completed the Search and Rescue Task under the darkness of night. Our new LED headlights helped shine the way! – at Drumheller, Alberta

The rover is built and final testing is underway ahead of the 2018 Canadian International Rover Challenge officially starting. We're enjoying the A/C inside CIRC Central thanks to the support of @ProtocaseInc! – at Drumheller, Alberta

The small things are what leads to the success of the team. Thanks to the MAE Machine Shop for serving as our main shipping hub year round and the bookstore for always letting us borrow their pallet jack without question.
