This morning I had the great job of talking to pupils @SMCredenhill about the #Rotherwas Munitions Factory. They listened, asked amazing questions & I'm so grateful to the staff for enabling the visit to take place. Here's some of their responses in drawings & words. #WW1 #WW2

Looking forward to a back page using COMOTOSE as the headline tomorrow morning for Manchester United's performance in their drubbing by the Lake...

This promises to be an interesting talk at #Herefordshire Archives on 3 Nov. Alfred Watkins (Ley Lines researcher) was an advocate for women in many fields, incl. photography & the Woolhope Club, he had more success with the former! (Image: @BNArchive Kington Times 16 May 1931)

A fantastic exhibition at the Royal Academy which is only on for an other week, but if you can get to see it, you'll be amazed! Richard Dadd's story is incredible, too.

So we went to London, visited six museums & galleries in two & a half days, walked miles, & I was so happy to see the Last Princesses of the Punjab @HRP_palaces Kensington as you can tell from the photo! #Suffrage #Suffragette #VotesForWomen

A week's holiday in Dorset with stops off on the way there and back. Random gloriousness in these photos, which is the way it should be.

I have today picked our entire gojiberry crop and wait with interest to see what impact this quantity of superfood has on my brain power!

The #Rotherwas Together exhibition at the Shell Store is part of @heritageopenday. It's open on weekdays heritageopendays.org.uk/subm…. If you can't get there next week, it's going to be on until the end of October, but there are some people who enjoy trying to do lots of HODS visits!

Spent a lovely morning putting up the #Rotherwas Together #WW1 exhibition. Thanks, Sheffield Theatres for the loan of the pull-ups about womens' football; it's also great to see the hangings by Lin Mathias @HerefordArtsCol on display at the Shell Store, #Hereford. Open weekdays.

I'd like to suggest every person who's moaned about the alert on this platform donate £5 to the @firefighters999 Charity. You'd then get their updates about what amazing things our firefighters do & maybe understand a little more why the alert was requested.

A rather jolly #suffrage postcard dating from 1910 after a trawl through four large boxes of postcards at Tewkesbury Antiques Centre. Not the only one I bought, but probably the pick of the bunch!

While there is huge excitement about today's #SolarEclipse, I've found a photo album in Constance Radcliffe Cooke's papers with the 1905 eclipse. It says Sept, but it actually took place on 30 August. The photo was taken at Hellens, Much Marcle, #Herefordshire (Image: HARC)

Another day, another set of Tom Denny windows, this time at Great Malvern Priory, #Worcestershire. I'd forgotten how lovely the building is as it's a long time since I've been there...

Today I'm mostly working on the 1890s diaries of Constance Radcliffe Cooke, b1877. I'm editing down 200,000 words in 7 diaries to something manageable for publication, which is proving quite a task! At least I don't have to worry about the shorthand with @Kathryn11Baird, hurray!

A visit to @TewkesAbbey today to admire the Tom Denny windows and the Gurney stoves... The rest of it is pretty lovely, too!

Bravo @worcestermuseum for the wonderful 54321FAB exhibition; I was transported back to my childhood for the morning. I had a Scott Tracy crush, of course. I didn't realise how wonderful the Lady Penelope dressing table set was! @militaryhistori you'd be in heaven...
