Laws passed by the Legislature have a DIRECT impact on your life. Ways to get involved:
* Get to know your legislator
* Do your homework
* Find out who supports your issue and meet with others
to share your common goal
* Know your opposition
* Be prepared to negotiate
Are you endowed with the inalienable natural right to provide for your existence and that of your families?
Do you believe you have the right to band with others who have a common or mutual interest in the protection of these natural rights, in a proper and lawful manner?
Why do we love what we do ?
Because it allows us the ability to leave behind a legacy of “We Built That” in every piece of California's infrastructure, it’s more than a job it's a dream!
The Laborers appreciate the work of Governor Gavin Newsom and his continued commitment to working families. Investments in public infrastructure are the most important issue to the men and women of the Laborers and critically important to the vast majority of Californians.
With the legislature having reconvened one can say the road ahead for California is overflowing with major renovations to past, present and future matters.
With the holidays approaching be safe, be mindful and above all else take the time to be PRESENT with your loved ones during this holiday season.
