OpenAI and Anthropic are cooked.
Revolut moved 2,000 engineers to open models and now pays a tenth of what it used to.
This is the start of a mammoth trend.
The biggest companies in the world will control their own AI infra.
Lower costs and private data.
Bittensor will be the home of open intelligence.
Open will beat closed 🚀

Damn, I’m insanely bullish on @gradients_ai & @heydittoai 🚀
Their Alpha charts look depressed (maybe more pain ahead 😄), but the devs are brilliant, relentless, and building what Bittensor increasingly needs.
They’ve earned my trust 🤝
When will price catch up with fundamentals? 👀

Spending twice as much on Google Ads doesn't tell you how much more business you'll get.
Rob asks what happens "if I double my spend". It's a question our SN21 miners on $TAO Bittensor are working to help answer.
Watch before your next budget increase.

while everyone is busy watching price, #sn53 is quietly building an empire.
$214k in buybacks and burns.
134b tokens projected today.
let that sink in.
this is what separates a real contender from a subnet living off hype and emissions.
and yes, this is why sn53 is coming for chutes. the competition isn't just about who can attract the most attention. it's about who can build a sustainable business, create real demand, and deliver value beyond emissions.
keep one thing in mind: sn53 was created on july 22.
look at what's already being built.
price is just a distraction. the fundamentals are what matter.
watch the builders, not the chart. $tao

💫 ENGY - $36,983 ALPHA BURNT 💫
NEW BURN: 4,633 α. TOTAL VALUE BURNED NOW $214,025.
The latest print just landed. 4,633.97 α burned for $36,983.48 on October 25th. That is the largest single burn on the board.
Total alpha burned is now 25,287.33 α. Total value burned is $214,025.45.
The recent sequence:
• Oct 25: 4,633.97 α / $36,983
• Oct 17: 2,468.15 α / $26,376
• Oct 11: 1,964.47 α / $22,044
• Oct 4: 1,842.96 α / $18,480
The burns are getting larger. The latest one is almost double the previous. That is revenue from the gateway being converted into buybacks and burns. The volume we have been tracking - the step-up to 111B tokens and the higher Kimi band - is clearing into real alpha taken off the market.
Read the signal.
The desk is printing.
The burns are getting bigger.
The latest one is $37K.

To everyone hit by last night's Qubic wallet drain 🫂
There are real reasons for hope:
✅ The network was paused within minutes, so nothing more can move
✅ Founder Come-from-Beyond says the stolen coins are locked and the attacker's ID got known before they cashed out even 5%
✅ ~350B QU sits on MEXC, which can freeze it once victims file police reports
✅ Devs found more weak seeds before the attacker did, and those funds are being protected
✅ QEARN stakes are safe
Refunds aren't decided yet, so here's what helps now:
1. File a police report, then contact @Kimz300 on the official Qubic Discord
2. Don't move anything until the devs say so
3. Ignore every "recovery" DM, they're all scams
You're not alone in this. I'll keep posting updates in this thread.

@say_gm_ on par with @engyai regarding buybacks, both averaging around 4K USD a day
Both are scaling fast 💨
Engy did 7k the other day. SayGM will follow!
GO Bittensor, go @say_gm_, go @engyai
More bittensor:native burned 🔥
Second buyback and burn done.
$104k of SayGM alpha burnt, 20.3% of miner emissions offset.
The road to 100% continues.

@webuildscore or why the market is sometimes inefficient and we can benefit from it
"We are working with Shell, the third biggest oil company in the world, to implement AI vision on all their gas stations"
"Ah and we broke even on emissions"
"Oh and we are in for huge business numbers, bigger than expected (30M ARR was expected)"
"We also started buybacks"
"Other huge companies are starting to work with us too"
TAO Retail dumb market : Lets sell this shit and buy some grift scam shiny subnet (and cry later)
Remind me when Score was at 0.015 in december with Max stating that everything was going well and as expected. Bought there big chunks. Didnt disappoint.
Dont fade products/companies that are doing things right just to chase short term shinier things. You dont learn anything do you?
Most of what you've seen from @vidaio_ has been media. CABIN with PIP, IBC.
Tools for the studios, post houses, and broadcasters behind the video we watch. In and of itself, Media is a massive market.
But that's only half of what we do.
Anywhere cameras run, video is being stored, moved, and found the hard way. Slow, expensive, disorganized, and mostly by hand. Vidaio compresses, tags, names, sorts, and files that incoming footage.
Five categories, 30 industries:
Security
retail and logistics; banking and financial branches; casinos, gaming and hospitality; education and campuses; commercial buildings, real estate and parking; stadiums and venues; corrections and detention
Public Safety
law enforcement; smart cities and municipal CCTV; transportation hubs; emergency services and fire; border and customs; government and court archives; defense and ISR
Health
surgical and endoscopic video; medical imaging archives; telehealth and remote care; research microscopy and lab video; veterinary and animal research
Robotics and Drones
robotics and autonomous systems; drones and aerial inspection; autonomous vehicles and ADAS; fleet and trucking telematics; manufacturing and quality inspection
Infrastructure
energy and utilities; oil and gas; mining; construction and site monitoring; telecom sites and pipelines; agriculture
A world of cameras. A world of opportunity!

Level 1 reached 94%.
22,000+ head-to-head battles. Swapped robot arms. Shifting objects. The leaderboard didn't rest for a second.
Now, we change the entire world.
Level 2 is:
• 1,000 walls × 1,000 tabletops
• Dynamic lighting shifts & variable table heights
• Over 1,000,000 unique environments
• Just ONE demo.
Same task. Unforgiving new physics.
Memorized policies will fail. Only true adaptation takes the crown. 👑

🚨 Bittensor $TAO subnets just LEVELED UP from 256 participants to 2,500.
10x bigger, 2,500 miner slots each, up from 256.
That's up to 320,000 slots, up from about 32,800.
That's 10x the room to compete, in one update.
Just hear me out, think AI Agents, and why now is the perfect timing for it.
@opentensor just shipped Null Consensus. Here's it is 👇
How it worked until now (Yuma):
• Miners submit work
• Multiple validators score them
• The protocol compares scores by stake and clips anything the majority doesn't support
• Rewards follow the agreed result
It's powerful, but heavy.
All that comparing caps each subnet at 256 slots.
What Null changes
• The highest-stake validator sets the miner weights
• Other stakers still earn proportional dividends
• No consensus or bond calculations, so the protocol can handle far bigger competitions
• Precise integer weights keep tiny reward shares accurate across thousands of miners
Yuma stays the default.
Subnet owners choose the reward system that fits their subnet.
The part many will miss 🤌
Miners can now register with proof of work.
No $TAO needed upfront.
Just solve a challenge with your hardware.
Read that again with agents in mind this time 👀
An autonomous AI agent can now join Bittensor, compete and earn, using nothing but compute.
• No bank account.
• No exchange.
• No permission.
Its way Bigger than it looks
Look at where AI is right now.
Anthropic went from about 2,500 code merges a day in May to over 30,000 in September. Its engineers now rate Claude as better at writing code than they are.
The builders are becoming agents, folks, and agents will want somewhere to work.
A network capped at 256 seats per subnet was built for humans.
A network with 2,500 seats per subnet, where compute alone is the entry ticket, is built for what's coming.
What I think:
• Null puts weight-setting in one validator's hands. It's simpler and faster, but it relies on trusting that validator instead of a majority check. That's why it's opt-in
• Cheap, open registration has to be protected against spam. Proof of work is the filter, and we'll see how it holds up at scale
• More seats don't mean more value until subnets fill them with useful work
My view:
I believe we're at the start of the vertical part of the curve.
It's hard for humans to picture, because we think in straight lines and this is moving exponentially.
The networks that win this era will be the ones built to let millions of agents compete.
Bittensor just added 10x the room.

Replying to @actualinc
@actualinc is getting early access to nvidia releases, listed as inference partner on @nvidia site and is dropping banger updates every other week.
I get it that comms around mining are lacking, but is it really so bad to build out a rich demand layer before launching mining?
That seems to be what they are doing.
Too many subnets launch mining before there is really anything meaningful to mine. Or before their service actually has traction.
I could be wrong, but having such deep connections with big players like Hermes, nvidia and prime intellect is a lot of smoke.
The $TAO economy is mesmerizing…
@webuildscore is building a system that can produce specialized computer vision models on demand.
@engyai is pushing inference costs down and expanding distribution.
@lium_io is turning decentralized compute into something customers actually purchase.
@metanova_labs is using global competition to attack scientific problems that would traditionally require enormous internal research teams.
@carbonphysicsai is trying to make physics based engineering optimization commercially useful.
@say_gm_ is experimenting with turning emissions into customer acquisition.
These aren't six companies building the same product. They're six completely different expressions of the same underlying economic architecture.
All powered by Bittensor
It doesn't prescribe what intelligence should look like. It creates an economic environment where different forms of intelligence can emerge, compete, improve and find customers.
