lol it doesn't end. They say I can log in with my email or member number, then gives me an error because I have to log in with my member number.

Wow, the @MarriottBonvoy site and service is terrible. They have a phone number on their site to change my name, but when I called they said I had to email them. Horrible customer experience and what I'm trying to fix with #CommunityOps.
