I'm Chen. Or Christian. But most people call me Chen.
By day I work in adtech/martech doing solutions consulting and technical sales, sometimes surrogate product manager, and sometimes surrogate data analyst. 👨💻
At night I've been working on a couple side projects related to gaming media and mentorship networking. I also like filling gaps in teams for people I know who reach out when I have extra free time. I just like helping people achieve their goals 💪
Native New Yorker and want to raise my kids in NYC so probably never leaving. Currently trying to grow habaneros, shishitos, tomatoes, and cucamelons on my terrace. 🗽

Thought I'd properly introduce myself.
I'm Andrew.
By day, I'm a self-employed renovator living in Portugal after moving here from the UK six years ago. I also run a seasonal Christmas tree business. Yes, really 🌲
Outside of that, I'm building an entertainment brand in Web2, where I already create card games, while also building Blackwater Labs in Web3.
Blackwater is growing into a token-gated daily infection game, with plans to bridge into physical card games and real-world entertainment.
Everything I build has the same goal: bring people together, encourage people to touch grass, meet new others , and build communities that enjoy being around each other.
Most importantly, I'm a husband, a dad, and someone who loves creating.

I'm going to need approximately $20,000 for my wife's cancer treatments and our family living expenses over the next two months as she recovers.
I see two web3 options in front of me:
I can liquidate my entire bag at 75% floor price as scavengers take advantage of our misfortune and still come up short
OR
I can launch a project that starts as an OE for $5 each which becomes membership in a cancer support group (name TBD) where I would host a weekly Spaces open to all, based around the mental and emotional side to this battle that way too many of you are going through as well.
The only promises behind this OE would be that I will show up every week for anyone who needs an ear or a shoulder and anything raised beyond our needs will be donated to a cancer charity to be named later or paid forward to the web3 family who are also in need in their own fight with cancer.
Right now it's just a concept until there's support for it... It's not a cash grab, it's a lifeline as my wife will be out of work for two months following her surgery on November 10th and insurance only goes so far. I'm willing to put in the time to show up each week as we build and support community beyond NFTs to earn your $5...

I've been MIA for the last week, unfortunately my wife was diagnosed with cancer. They caught it early and we're hopeful that they can remove the tumor and be done with it. I'm not a religious man by any means, but if you felt like putting her in your prayers it would mean the world to her.
Go get your check ups, get your regularly recommended tests and scans, get that endoscopy and that colonoscopy that you've been putting off.
It may have saved her life but we still have a battle ahead of us. I love and appreciate you all.

There have been several questions I’ve seen repeated over the past 2 months. Namely why haven’t you or the @ClutchMarkets received the follow on X from @vladtenev despite relentless grassroots experimenting/building and community/value creation with robinhood chain stock tokens.
My answer is simple. Although naturally this is welcomed high level teams cannot rely on this moment as a point of success in other words. You have to deliver and execute to the best of your ability. Build and create value and provide the best possible service and good things will come naturally.
That’s why I am proud to have developed a community of over 50,000 holders on Robinhood. I am proud that we have created over 150 million dollars in trading volume throughout the StonkBrokers ecosystem, and I trust without question the Robinhood Chain team and leadership who continue to create cool initiatives (like Hood Summit) to make excellent decisions with excellent timing.
