Moving to Umaimah Zanif's presentation 🌟 The objective of her Master's research is to explore the association of factors with expression of 2 biomarkers of prognosis in colorectal cancer tumours, SPAC & PD-L1. She supported the dev't of the BCGP Virtual Tumour Biorepository!

Population cohorts like #CanPath, @_CARTaGENE_ and @ON_HealthStudy are valuable resources for asking questions about disease and treatment factors, says @mp_harwood, esp. since many studies exploring allele specific expression ignore the impact of medications.
