Be cool to somehow burn a v1 NFT, but those were basically free. Except for the version of the NFT you got if you actually won free money. I guess that has rarity, kind of. 🤔

We're not sure on the split between people sending in 0.00001 canto to get an NFT , and how often someone is able to pass in 10 canto to get 20, but it's happening all the damn time. We'll crunch the numbers at some point.

If you insist on participating, send your canto to the contract address directly.
Just like if you were transferring canto to another person’s address. You don’t call a method on the contract.
People are confused: if you send in 10 canto and it fails, that means there's not enough gas in the contract left to give you back 20. Might not ever be.
But, send in literally any other amount and you'll still get an NFT. No free canto though. 🍸
Interesting technique, whoever sent in 10.1 canto. Ensured you would not get the 10-to-20 NFT, but made it possible for someone else to give 10 to get 20. 👏
