Not long before the world locked down last year, I paid a visit to Martin Foley at Hook Head, who's farm envelopes the famous Hook Head Lighthouse in Co. Wexford. I arrived as they were sowing on an icey and powerful spring day.

Thankfully, Mam reminded me last night.
This morning I got up and made a card. A sketch of a glass of whiskey. He loves whiskey.
Myself and Mam made pancakes with all of the bits. Strawberries, blueberries, pancetta, maple syrup. He made a face out of the parts and took a photo
There was music, coffee, chat and a few gifts, too.
"Stick the feet up, man! Get some sun into you. What do you want for dinner?"
