A quick look at what I focus on during red days as well: Major indices: $SPX, $SPY, $QQQ, $IWM, $RSP and $DIA Volatility: $VIX Oil: $USO and $XOM > 10- and 30-year Treasury yields > Strong setups for my swing watchlist > Promising setups on higher time frames > Stocks holding green while the market is red > Sector rotation and relative strength This helps me stay prepared and avoid surprises. If you miss a move, let it go. Green day: focus on major indices first, then individual setups, so almost similar
