Great advice here from @JonGordon11 As parents and coaches do you insipire a love of the game and competing every day or do you hinder it? Create an environment where players love what they are doing and not resent it. Match your intent with your action

This is what an elite championship approach feels like. Be more mentally exhausted than physically tired. Get the work in. Interesting that even though the Dodgers are labeled as a data driven team Doc doesn't even hint at that. You need an elite mind set
This weekend saw the return of Caps Stars on the national level. We seek to serve the players that need or want to compete at high level national events and not already attending with their teams. It is simply about providing opportunities in this crazy recruiting world.
Caps Stars are looking at heading to Cary,NC in Nov 16-17 for a high level college exposure event at USA Baseball NTC. If you are interested shoot us a DM.

Hey I know that guy @LipseyTrey and so does all of MLB. Definitely a name you will hear a lot this season. #mlbdraft

Attention MLB - @PeytonConsigli is a name you need to know. He continues to build off an impressive season for @GriffsBaseball with an impressive off-season committed to smoothing out the mechanics, 3 pitch consistent mix for a strike in any count and 94 with run.

Pujols on @mlbnetwork talking about Tee Work🔥
Today, it’s all about mimicking game situations in pre-game prep. While this mindset is gaining traction, legends like Albert talked about tee work as the go-to. Being able to do what you want and strike how you want(with the barrel) consistently and correcting your natural tendencies is a key to any sport whether it be a free-kick, a right hook, a draw, a one-dribble pull-up , a back shoulder fade, a one-timer slapshot, or even in the 100 meter dash. With 703 Home Runs, he’s obviously found what works for him. What do you need to feel to get your best moves to show up in the game with 45,000 people in the stands?🤟
