Oh, and apparently Twitter thinks I'm a bot now, and wants me to fork over cash to prove that I'm not. Which is hilarious, because to this day Twitter is still crawling with obvious bots, when this account, which I've had for a decade now, has always been legitimate.

I've been quiet about this for a while now, but since June, I've been giving end-of-life care to my two oldest cats. Mori passed away in July, and Victoria passed away today.

I've been blessed to share a home with them for almost as long as I've been here, and they got to live here happily, off the street and in a home that's safe. Mori was a stray, and Victoria came to me from my dad after he died. I'm glad I could give that comfort to them.

For now, there isn't much else to say. They were loved, are loved, and will always be loved. Mori, Victoria, thank you for being part of my family. I hope that your time here was happy, and I hope now that you can rest. I miss you both, and I love you, forever.
