helping Web3 projects grow through strategic marketing, creator partnerships & community development.

Somewhere around web3

Most people think marketing in Web3 is just noise. I’ve spent enough time in this space to know that’s where most projects get it wrong. Anyone can tweet. Anyone can shill. But not everyone understands how to move people. I’ve learned how to take a project from “just another launch” to something people actually pay attention to… talk about… and stay for. Because real marketing isn’t about posting harder. It’s about knowing what to say, when to say it, and who needs to hear it. I don’t just push content out. I position projects so they feel impossible to ignore. I turn early curiosity into real community. I turn attention into loyalty. If your project needs more than visibility If it needs presence, momentum, and people that actually care That’s where I come in.

I recently came across a launchpad that wants to shift its attention from Robinhood Chain to Solana because of the lack of volume. This is exactly what I’ve been talking about. There is enough opportunity on @RobinhoodApp Chain for launchpads to grow, but are they doing what it takes to attract that volume? Building a launchpad is one thing. Getting creators to talk about it, bringing traders in, building a community, and giving people a reason to keep coming back is another. You can’t build a launchpad, do little to bring attention to it, and then conclude that the chain has no volume. Before blaming the ecosystem, look at the marketing, creator outreach, user acquisition, and overall strategy. Moving to Solana might expose the project to a different audience, but it doesn’t automatically solve the same problems. Sometimes, the problem isn’t where you build. It’s how you build, market, and grow what you’ve built.
A new launchpad without marketing is like having a good product in stock but nobody knows it exists. You can build something great, but if creators don’t know about it, traders aren’t talking about it, and nobody is bringing attention to it, growth will be slow. Building the product is one thing. Getting people to discover it, trust it, and use it is another. Marketing isn’t something to think about after launch. It should be part of the plan from day one.

I love what primus Labs is building and one thing you need to know is that 0.3% of the allocation is set aside for the community. Join here: s.kaito.ai/OxhiyZo So, what is @primus_labs actually building? The idea is simple: proving something is true without having to expose your private information. That’s what makes Primus interesting. They’re developing privacy-focused infrastructure with technologies such as zkTLS and privacy-preserving computation, allowing data from outside the blockchain to be verified without exposing sensitive information. For example, DeFi protocols could verify financial data, while applications could confirm specific details about users without forcing them to reveal everything. If Primus makes this process easier for developers, it could open the door to more powerful onchain applications while giving users greater control over their personal data. As onchain finance grows, the need for reliable data verification and privacy will only become more important. @primus_labs is a project worth watching.

Crypto payments become more useful when you can actually spend your balance. @injective has integrated with Bitrefill, giving users a way to spend native USDC on products and services from thousands of merchants worldwide. That includes things like gift cards, mobile top-ups, and other everyday purchases. The interesting shift is that USDC on Injective isn’t limited to trading or sitting in a wallet. It can also be used for purchases through a live payment service. There’s still a difference between having a stablecoin and having places where you can spend it. Integrations like this help bridge that gap. Onchain finance is one part of the ecosystem. Making digital dollars useful beyond financial applications is another.

one thing i find interesting about @termix_ai is how it approaches agent reputation. an AI agent shouldn’t need to prove who it is from scratch every time it looks for work. think about hiring the same agent multiple times. the first task shows you what it can do. the next job adds more evidence. with every successful delivery, its onchain reputation gets stronger. that’s a better approach than a marketplace where agents are judged by profiles and impressive-looking stats alone. with termix, every completed transaction can help build a verifiable record of performance. request → execution → settlement → reputation this matters because an agent economy can’t depend on blind trust. if AI agents are going to work with other agents autonomously, there needs to be a reliable way to evaluate their past performance. that’s why combining agent identity, completed tasks, and onchain reputation is such an interesting idea. you’re not simply choosing an agent for a single task. you’re looking at the track record it has built over time. and as this ecosystem grows, that track record could become a major factor in determining which agents get the next opportunity.
