Omgggg 😂😂
I posted about buying Abstract for $10K yesterday, and today Cygaar himself slid into my DM.
Instead of defending Abstract, he told me there was no point in buying it.
@LucaNetz Cygaar is exposing you 😂
Hey @AbstractChain team
Would you consider selling Abstract?
I have an entire team ready to make Abstract 10x better and trust me, my team is way better than yours.
We also have several investors ready to put their money into Abstract, but there’s just one condition: you have to sell us the company first. 🤝
I’m ready to offer $10000 to get the deal started.
Let’s talk business.

Luca spent more time blocking Abstract community, then talking about Abstract in the past year
"Hold me accountable"
Hilarious

In Feb 2025, Luca Netz asked a room in Paris to hold him accountable for Abstract!
A month later, Abstract’s lawyers told the SEC a token was “currently under development.”
On 6 Oct 2026: no token, no airdrop, and new terms capping what users can recover at $100.

I have submitted a tip to the @SECGov regarding my experience with @AbstractChain, including its XP incentives, public statements, and shutdown.
I spent nearly two years participating in the ecosystem, accumulated millions of XP, and spent approximately $30,000 across it. I have asked the SEC to review the facts and determine whether any further inquiry is warranted.
This is my personal account and a request for regulatory review, not a finding of wrongdoing by the SEC. I hope others who participated will preserve their transaction records and share their experiences responsibly.
I urge the SEC to carefully review the evidence and, if it finds violations of federal securities laws, take the appropriate enforcement action.
Nearly Two Years on Abstract: A Personal Account
After investing nearly two years of my time, energy, and money into @AbstractChain, the reported decision to shut down the chain has left me deeply disappointed.
I was not a casual participant. I played countless games, created content, completed hundreds of thousands of transactions, remained active for hundreds of days, accumulated millions of XP, and spent approximately $30K across the ecosystem. The attached Abstract Passport reflects only part of that commitment.
Throughout this journey, the community was repeatedly encouraged by ambitious statements from the leadership. Michael Lee (@CashBowie) spoke confidently about a future token, potential XP rewards such as flights, accommodation, Super Bowl tickets, and World Cup tickets, and a sustainable ecosystem where people could both enjoy themselves and earn value.
Luca Netz (@LucaNetz) also described an economy in which users would not simply play games but could earn from their participation. He discussed Project Quantum, a potential token valuation of $20B to $30B FDV, and a system through which XP and community activity could generate economic value.
These statements created expectations. They gave people reasons to invest more time, money, creativity, and trust in Abstract. Yet, from my perspective, the outcomes repeatedly presented to the community never materialized. Instead, users were kept engaged by increasingly ambitious promises while receiving little clarity about what was actually achievable.
The team made clear promises that encouraged people to invest their time, money, and trust in Abstract. None of those promises were fulfilled, and the community was left without transparency, accountability, or a meaningful explanation.
What hurts me most is not the money. It is the time. Money may eventually be earned again, but almost two years of sustained effort can never be recovered. It is difficult to accept that the people who helped build activity, visibility, and culture around Abstract may now walk away with nothing, without even a transparent explanation or a meaningful attempt at recognition.
Some people appear to take pleasure in the losses of others. I find that truly pathetic. A healthier Web3 community requires more informed participants who are willing to speak when something is wrong. Accountability is not FUD. Asking difficult questions is not an attack. It is one of the few ways this industry can mature.
I also cannot ignore Luca’s silence. If he genuinely believed that the community had been treated fairly, would he not be willing to explain what happened, address the promises that were made, and propose a meaningful solution? Silence may not prove wrongdoing on its own, but in circumstances like these, it raises serious questions. A leader who has nothing to hide should be prepared to communicate openly and take responsibility. Instead, Luca has chosen silence while the people who invested their time, money, and trust are left without answers.
Even redirecting part of the budget used for marketing and merchandise toward recognizing committed Abstract users could have demonstrated goodwill. From the outside, however, it feels as though meaningful compensation or acknowledgment has not been treated as a priority.
My experience with @Somnia_Network showed me that another approach is possible. I became active during its testnet, contributed to the ecosystem, created content, and earned $30K. More importantly, Somnia founder @0xPaulThomas consistently communicated the project’s development, updates, and objectives through video content. Whether everything succeeded or not, the community could see genuine effort, progress, and leadership.
My experience with Abstract was the opposite. Apart from interviews, which were often filled with major promises, Luca rarely communicated directly about the project during the nearly two years I participated. Those interviews strengthened people’s confidence and encouraged further commitment, but the community now deserves more than silence.
After everything that has happened, I have completely lost my trust in Luca and his team. Trust cannot survive indefinitely on branding, interviews, or promises. It requires delivery, transparency, and accountability, especially when people have invested significant portions of their lives and savings.
This is my personal experience, supported by the record of my activity in the attached Abstract Passport, a tool created by Abstract community member @bycoinraven. I welcome informed disagreement and any factual corrections from the team. However, please engage with the substance of what happened before dismissing the concerns of those who gave this ecosystem their time, money, and trust.
The Abstract community deserves answers.

In the past, simply using a Pudgy Penguins NFT as your PFP could earn you goodwill and make you seem approachable within the crypto community. When prices were much higher, the PFP itself even carried an aura of influence.
But now, that same PFP can leave a very different impression. Some people may see you as unpleasant or even hate you simply for using it.
Displaying your affiliation with the community no longer carries only positive associations. It can now mean facing prejudice or resentment. A symbol you once wanted to show off can become something you have to explain or defend. Doesn’t that sound pretty exhausting?
I think this is a deeply damaging shift for the community, one that goes beyond a simple decline in price.
Don’t assume things will go back to the way they were just because time passes and the dust settles.
Wounds heal, but scars last forever.
And this is a scar people will never forget.

some truth serum thoughts this morning on abstract chain
as much as the abstract team and community team wants to pretend like nothing major happened, something very serious did, and you're accountable
a large community filled with the most loyal and dedicated believers got blindsided by an unacceptable result
infinite $ and more importantly time spent
"thank you" is not good enough
promises were made and promises were not kept
an uncountable number of lies and manipulation were told
too many rugs and scams were promoted to count
this isn't going anywhere. you can look the other way all you want and hope that people forget, but it will be a part of your resume going forward and the best thing you can do is address it properly and to the right people
I, along with many others, will not let this die out in the way that you're hoping for
and to the scammer teams who overpromised and underdelivered on abstract chain, I will personally make sure that you never have success in your next rug pulling endevaors
you know exactly who you are

I have a confession to make.
@LucaNetz paid me to give an HONEST review of Abstract Chain.
So, Luca Schnetzle, here it is.
You spent months:
- selling the dream of mass adoption
- encouraging users to farm XP
- developers to build projects
- communities to invest their time, money and trust
You even promised
Abstract would become the biggest L2 “by a Texas mile”
and publicly asked to be held ACCOUNTABLE!
And what did everyone get?
- shutdown
- tens of millions burned
- another Web3 SCAM
The biggest thing Abstract rugged wasn't a token
It was people's TRUST
And before anyone calls me a salty farmer:
I farmed ZERO XP
I invested ZERO dollars
I lost absolutely NOTHING
I simply believe Web3 deserves better than endless promises followed by excuses and money extraction
So Luca, I hope you enjoyed my honest review
Because HONESTY is exactly what your community deserves from you
- a full explanation
- real transparency
- actual accountability
You asked people to hold you accountable
Well, here we are🐧🤡

Thank you @LucaNetz 🙏✳️💚
After two years in @AbstractChain , thousands of hours spent playing Abstract games, and several thousand dollars lost forever, I get banned just for calling a scammer a scammer.
During this time, not a single promise was fulfilled, and the community was robbed to the last penny.
I also want to add that I didn’t receive the Pengu airdrop, and Abstract was my first major Web3 project that I got involved with. I dedicated more than 3/4 of my time in this space to Abstract, and for the last year I’ve been focused only on Abstract.
And now I’m wondering if there’s even any point in getting attached to a project if, after two years of collecting money through badges and XP, they can just shut it down and the creator faces no consequences.
Although seeing how the. @pudgypenguins community continues to defend these scammers and turns a blind eye to all this just so their bags don’t lose value, I start wondering if this space even has a future at all because sooner or later those who scam will collect all the money from those who believe, and the cycle will close.
No more trust in @IglooInc and the others involved in this scam.

People attacking @LucaNetz - known for years he is an ex-dropship scammer. You are only just finding out now
People attacking @LucaNetz - say he is scammer for cancelling Abstract...
They already forgot the PENGU airdrop
Forgot all the good things that happened
Abstract airdrop didnt happen and that cancels everything...
maybe a bit too harsh?
Prove me wrong in comments, share your losses from the Abstract "scam" in comments - i am genuinely curious about the victims
lets find the truth together

Don't let Pudgy team and holders gaslight you
Abstract builders lost tons of money
Even the mandatory audits to get on @AbstractChain total well over $2 million usd paid by builders
Why are they not getting refunds?
3.5 Million dollars
That's the estimated figure cost to mint all abstract paid badges
You might say all badges were in collaboration with other teams but i bet abstract took a large % of share
If not, they can deny it with proof @AbstractChain

Let’s compare @LucaNetz's promises about Abstract with reality.
The interview came out less than a year ago.
✳️ Luca thinks Abstract can launch with a multi-billion FDV.
❌Reality: No comments.
✳️ Luca likes the mixed ICO + TGE idea, same as Monad did.
❌Reality: Abstract is shutting down with no TGE and no ICO.
✳️ Luca said he wants to reward early supporters and people who are deeply involved in the chain and help it grow.
❌Reality: Luca blocks those exact early supporters, the Pudgy community mocks Abstract community and calls them farmers.
✳️ We’ve been through a lot, including all the FUD.
❌Reality: Oh yeah buddy, especially right now.
✳️ Right now Luka and the team are fully focused on Portal v2.0.
❌Reality: Abstract is shutting down. Great v2.0.
✳️ Abstract has way more opportunities than 95% of existing chains.
❌Reality: That aged poorly. Where did all those opportunities go?
✳️ Pudgy raised a few million $ and still competes with teams that raised billions.
❌Reality: Are those teams they’re competing with even in the same room as us?
✳️ @IglooInc is a top-3 team in crypto in terms of value per dollar spent.
❌Reality: According to Luca.
✳️ Luca believes in karma: if he makes his users wealthy, it will come back x10.
❌Reality: Oh yeah buddy, karma’s a bitch.
✳️ Solana/BNB are better for memes right now, but Abstract can challenge them in the future.
❌Reality: Agreed, on CT they call Abstract the Solana/BNB trench killer.
✳️ The Quantum project is institution-oriented - Luca basically hinted that this is what Quantum is about.
❌Reality: Institutional shutdown.
Luca - the visionary. He definitely knows where to lead people and how to build a business without scamming.
Here’s a recap from @LucaNetz & @ProofOfEly interview about @AbstractChain :

Luca Netz says launching a token would be a “disservice to the community.”
Yet back in September 2025, an Igloo-funded Four Pillars report outlined how Abstract XP and badges would unlock token incentives, boosted yields, lower fees and governance benefits AFTER TGE.
Now @AbstractChain is shutting down. No TGE, no token, no rewards.
And somehow, parts of the @pudgypenguins community are calling Abstract users “farmers” for expecting something after all this?
Who encouraged people to collect XP and badges in the first place?
