Enjoyed sharing and discussing at #AHA23 emerging opportunities addressing machine learning for the prediction of acute MI: there are multiple avenues worth exploring with biomarkers, ECG, and imaging but we’ll need well curated data, validation, and RCTs.

10 dead after a possible gas explosion in a tiny village near Letterkenny hospital. Did a year of General Medicine fellow/reg up there and still near and dear to my ❤️ Kept thinking of the ED, ICU staff and of course the families 💔

Went to the funeral of a patient of mine. It was an honor to be a part of her celebration of life...met family members, saw pictures of her happiest times. I encourage everyone to do this -- its a reminder of why we are in this profession. @ACCinTouch @doctorpemm
