Caring With Colours

We raised a grand total of £1,721.62 for Lupus UK during Lupus Awareness Month 2026. As Lupus Awareness Month draws to an end, I wanted to say an incredibly sincere thank you to each and every one of you for your donations, lurking, support and willingness to listen and learn about Lupus. Including those of you who collabed with me this month! Every October you amaze me with your kindness and generosity. I've been diagnosed with Lupus since October 2013, and it's changed the course of my life forever. I wanted to do theatre, acting, dancing, singing, entertainment... and I was simply far too ill with Lupus to follow my dreams. Never in a million years would I have imagined that I would have the honour of entertaining a beautiful community through Twitch, YouTube and social media and create and cultivate something so brilliant in the face of chronic illness. To make something beautiful, out of something so painful and scary when I was 18 (and I'm now 31) is such a strength, joy and I'm so grateful to have perservered and made lemonade out of lemons when I needed to the most. Since we started community charity streams back in 2022, we have raised a grand total of £8,097.90 for Lupus UK, which is such an incredible amount of money for such a wonderful charity. I'm a tiny content creator in an ocean of wonderful, inspiring people, and yet you have chosen me to support, and a wonderful charity - Lupus UK - that I am so grateful for, because without them, my story would have been vastly different to the one I get to live now.
