3 doesn't really critique either, it's more interested in it's points about player agency/power fantasy
The war is just Simons prediction that the NUN will fail to contain the situation, Nemos only job is to kill Dision whose the one whose really instigating a conflict
Don't put much thought into it though, UGSF is just a vague attempt to tie in their arcade games and isn't really taken seriously by namco
The only ones i really liked are the fire emblem ones the strategy element is great there, the rest all have features that bog down the experience (HW bosses and item counters)
This makes zero sense, they still have to pay for the trademarks even with a limited release, scamco is just cheap
I found the criticism especially odd since alot of these same reviewers adore spidermans combat, which has most of the same issues
