For anyone who wasn’t around to see it, watching JJ Hardy play baseball was like waking up after the best sleep of your life after having a dream that you got to eat shrimp Alfredo with Harrison Ford, then climbed a mountain and saw the sunrise. After you came down, you ate a hot fudge brownie sundae and got to feel the warm brownie hit at the same time as the cold ice cream. Then you won the lottery, it was your birthday, and Optimus Prime showed up to your birthday party.
That’s exactly what it was like.
Sal is such a great interview. Jeff doesn’t even have to ask a question, he makes a statement and Sal runs with it. What a great guy.
Sal Frelick joined the @620wtmj postgame show and take a moment to see the sea of Brewers fans who made it down to the Trop to see history.

hi Josh great to hear from you. the 1982 team set the standard for being sad after losing a closer

Hi Onabam first time long time. Do you think the 1982 team was haunted by visions of the future Hader trade and that is what caused them to lose game 6 and 7?

Kevin Cash said seeing Uribe, Ashby and Megill tonight should help the Rays the rest of the series.
Dave Roberts and the Dodgers said the same thing, we all know how that went.
Hey Ken, try not to knock over any camera people and then if you do try not to look disgusted at their mere existence when they’re on the ground and you’re standing above them.
The Milwaukee Brewers removed 1,600 outfield seats last year to build office space for their baseball operations department. At $1,000 per ticket, those seats would have generated $1.6 million in revenue per World Series home game. If Milwaukee hosts four games, that's $6.4 million. Not a huge deal, but also not ideal timing considering the project just got completed.
