What do we think about moving toward an TAWOG-esque art direction where all the characters have different art styles and are set against realistic 3D backgrounds?
Here is a concept of how we plan to implement that in-game with Godot, both sprites in different styles.

Tadaki (third one) is NOT a BF variant, if anything, he's closer to a cosplayer who coincidentally has some similarities to BF's character rather than a direct alternate version of BF.
In VS Cartoon Cat, FNF as a whole is a fictional videogame much like how it is in our world.
