Almost 5 years of eating nothing but animal products, red meat, saturated fat, and high cholesterol. No whole grains, fruits, vegetable oils, and certainly no vegetables. The CAC results? Zero! No coronary calcification! 🤔🍳🥩🥓🫀🩻✅ #carnivore #carnivorediet #lchf #keto #cac
