Please share this widely. Just spoken to my dear friend whose daughter has been killed in the Maldives. They are struggling to get info…The company is British.
Compelling read, which aligns well with all the work we are doing in Kendal, South Lakes and Lancs and South Cumbria. #southlakesmenopauseandwellbeing #menopause #women
Our next Kendal Menopause Cafe will be a Saturday - 18th May 10am-12. Exciting to be making more accessible and enabling people to make it a family affair. Thanks @BakeryAtNoFour for your support #menopause #WomensHealth
Just reflecting on yesterday’s wonderful International Women’s+ Day in South Lakes. Thanks to all who came to join our growing community. #WomenSupportingWomen #International_Womens_Day
Thanks @Cumbriapolice for inviting me to your menopause cafe today. Talking about navigating the menopause and perimenopause. We talked HRT, stress, yoga, breathing, vulval health, bones. Thanks for such an engaging conversation 🫶🏻 #perimenopause #InternationalWomensDay2024
Wonderful session hearing inspiring stories from @running_granny @katycatalyst @movemehappy and @JayneDenney at @kendalmountain #outdoors #inspiring women #midlife 🫶🏻
There is a picture that @NickDixon2 once showed me that illustrated the number of hours in a year that someone touches health care compared to the time in their whole year in dots. I found this really powerful but can’t find it and need it for some work I’m doing. Help?

On BBC R4 Today this morning, Wes Streeting said that patients who can’t get a GP appointment, costing £40, can end up going to A&E, costing £360. Can it be true that 10 minutes of a GP’s time costs so much less than 10 minutes of a hospital doctor’s time?
And more great work to support our population in Kendal and South Lakes 🫶🏻 m.facebook.com/story.php?sto…
Such important work …thank you 👏 m.facebook.com/story.php?sto…
Soooo interesting to listen to this conversation. After another week in general practice, supporting people to make life (and diet) changes to improve their health. I wish I could prescribe UPPeople to everyone. Thanks once more @DoctorChrisVT podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcas…
Great time at Handsome Bar Kendal launching a monthly women’s gathering celebrating all things menopause #WMD23 …thanks to all who came along 🫶🏻

Privileged to join the #GMWomen’sHealthStrategy at the start of a day focusing on the health of women+. Poignant questions ‘what does the women’s health strategy mean to the women of ‘this place’?’. Definitely the right way to design services ….citizen design

If you want to get involved too:
1. Have a conversation about the menopause
2. Log your conversation on the balance app or website: balance-menopause.com/pauset…
