Ken Brown Motors in Letchworth. Never has there been a more inefficient, shower of s**t masquerading as a professional outfit. Will NEVER EVER go near them again.

Here, we asked Coaches a basic question: What are the core drivers of training adaptation?
The academic literature suggests the obvious: The nature & extent of physical training.
Coaches didn't necessarily agree.

Wonderful! ⭐️ Thank you to the good men out there who care about women & girls in sport & have found the backbone to protect them.
Great shame about all the misogynistic men who have thrown female sport in the bin because “inclusion”. We won’t forget. #savewomenssports

We are blessed to have a number of elite female coaches in the UK doing great things, they need to be rewarded and represented on the biggest stage.
A British athlete selected for the World Championships team called it “disappointing” and told Telegraph Sport: “The lack of female coaches makes us feel that we aren’t being seen or heard in our team environment.”

NO one is banned from sport & no one I know in sport wants that, including me. I have always advocated for all people to be active. I’m constantly fighting to get more facilities & id like to see them mandated for to look after our health. However being asked to compete in the category that fits your biology is simply just fair to the other competitors. And asking to have a known advantage against your rivals is the opposite of fair.
