One of the D8 final 4 football games will feature two teams with enrollments in the range of schools in D5. Both are staying in D8 next year, Randolph due to the CEM and an appeal granted on top of that, NVT due to voc schools dropping (1? 2?)divisions and an appeal granted on top of that. Schools with much smaller enrollments, in some cases less than half, are moving up to 7 with appeals denied. The CEM, voc rules, and appeal process are impacting other sports too. Whether you think all of this is equitable or not, I think it should at least be publicized more. @BostonHeraldHS @MIAA033
