Looking pretty likely this is going to happen for him unless there's some unknown source of Hyde-Smith votes. Mississippi doesn't have automatic recounts either, although they usually wouldn't flip a 1,138-vote margin anyway.
Per the Mississippi Free Press, Democrat Scott Colom leads incumbent Republican Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith by 1,138 votes, up from 65, with 96% counted. Votes remain in Democratic-leaning Hinds County and thousands of affidavit ballots.

Here’s the most important part of this statement:
“I have full movement in my lower body, and I’m continuing to make progress with movement in my upper body.”
This means he is not paralyzed, as he has full movement of his lower half, but his upper body is not quite back to normal.
Based on analysis of the video and this new news, Campbell likely suffered a ‘central cord syndrome from a hyperextension mechanism.’
He has a lot of work/rehab to do but overall this is GREAT POSITIVE news considering the other possibilities. Long journey ahead but I’m confident he can get back to 100%.
