A milestone for CDPR. AMSAC has awarded the Quiulacocha tailings to Cerro de Pasco Resources. Upon execution of the definitive agreements, together with our El Metalurgista concession, this is expected to consolidate all the mineral and surface rights required to advance the project. Key to the supply of critical minerals.

A great few days presenting the Quiulacocha Project to visitors, professionals and representatives from across the mining sector.
There was real interest in our proposal to reprocess historic tailings — material that has sat in place for decades — applying innovation, technology and circular economy principles.
And of course, Pasquito was there too.
Thank you to everyone who came to our stand and spoke with our team.
We keep turning the past into opportunities for the future.

The global supply chain for gallium, a designated critical mineral, remains highly concentrated, highlighting a broader market need for alternative supply sources. At Cerro de Pasco Resources, recent drilling results from the Quiulacocha Tailings Project have identified gallium concentrations.
Additional project information is available at: pascoresources.com
Milestone at Quiulacocha: our continuous mini-pilot at SGS reproduced bench-scale results — ~94% silver and >92.5% sulphide recovery into a single high-grade concentrate, advancing a conceptual two-concentrate flowsheet.

As traditional mining faces declining ore grades and increasingly complex development timelines, attention is shifting toward the estimated 282 billion tonnes of tailings stored worldwide as a potential source of critical metals.
At Cerro de Pasco Resources, the Quiulacocha Tailings Project is focused on recovering valuable minerals from historical tailings in Peru while contributing to environmental remediation efforts.

More than just a mine, Cerro de Pasco is a cornerstone of Peruvian history. From its origins as "The Silver Mountain" producing 65% of the nation's silver, to the Cerro Corporation becoming the biggest investor, taxpayer, and employer in Peru for decades.
This rich legacy of pioneering and production is the foundation upon which we build. Today, our work continues this story as we advance our plans to sustainably reprocess the historic tailings from these past operations to unlock future value.
