Newest version of Editlycms 1.3 is online , working on new templates supporting blog as well

EditlyCMS 1.3 is almost here: folders in the dashboard, a built-in blog, sitemap generation, auto social images, and page duplicate/rename/delete. Still flat-file, still just drop it in html site and edit. I think it might be pretty good alternative to Wordpress for small sites.

I use AI a bit differently. Still love my old school vanilla PHP + SQLite setup (PDO makes it easy to switch DBs later anyway). AI just makes me build faster, but it’s not thinking for me. Good reminder for everyone: AI shouldn't switch your brain off.

Like every new tool, AI doesn't solve this what is most difficult to solve... in my case Marketing

Does anyone still " googling" things or just asking AI for everything?

Do cold email senders ever check what I actually do or where I'm based? 😂 I get emails from lead gen agencies specializing in specific areas of India, offering to build me a website because apparently I don't have one. What's the point of sending emails like that?
