@Uber, please tell me how I can get an answer to my question. I submitted a fare help request on Dec. 22 and today received an email that the case is closed, with no further explanation. Choosing an option in the Help section only sends me in circles. Who can I contact?
Whether your experience is similar to Josh's or your edited manuscript comes back with 10x the number of edits/page, just know that editors spend a great deal of time (and sometimes angst) on a manuscript in their efforts to help you make your book the best as it can be.
