He explains how this group went completely off the deep end, from running brain experiments to leaving at least eight dead bodies in their wake: "They believed that when AI becomes a super-intelligence, that they themselves could form the trans vanguard... that their consciousness could be uploaded into the super-AI and it could recreate a utopian simulation.
