Behind the scenes, the team gets a dashboard of its own: every question visitors ask, patterns nobody was tracking before. Real demand now shapes what gets built next, not assumptions.
Our take: a web assistant shouldn't try to do everything. One job, done well, catching easy questions early so real expertise goes where it's actually needed.
