The issue was never wearing designer for me, it was the people that mix match designer thinking it was ‘drip’. The aesthetic for outfits should always be clean. You can wear designer or smart casual & make either look clean.

I really worry about peoples thinking sometimes. Why are you as a first time buyer wanting to buy a 480k property in the first place let alone on a 2.5% deposit 🤣🤣 whole point of the scheme is being able to buy properties at/below 250k on 2.5% deposit >

In the capital this year, Property developers only sold 5,600 vs last year where they sold 8,900. We know this policy is to help developers not first time buyers at all!!

As most people that want to become first time buyers can’t because they can’t afford to save the 10% deposit needed. Most first time buyers always buy low at 180-250k to get onto the property ladder then upgrade to higher value property later down the line.

Why do people moan about the pettiest things? If I’m restricted by doing something then I immediately think of solutions.. you can’t take a power bank into the stadium today.. 1. leave it in coach/car 2. stash it somewhere outside 3. give it to security & retrieve after. Easy!

Rogers would’ve been a very good signing for us albeit he floats in & out of games a lot - moments player. Over a full game, he’s not a player that is dangerous in most actions. Can be a passenger. His pace, ball carrying & striking is so good. Only 24 aswell.
