Convenience foods are gaining popularity, with instant noodles, prepared frozen meals and ready-to-eat products outperforming traditional staples that require longer preparation.
Consumers are also recreating takeaway experiences at home to save money, while still prioritising flavour through sauces and marinades.

When things went haywire for me in 2023 (breakup + car write off + job instability) i left Mahalapye and moved back to my parents house in block 3 (for almost 6 months).
Three years later, its not perfect, but life is GOOD.
