Peak season for white truffles..
Fresh shipments of very large, intensely aromatic white truffles are coming in to us every day, always direct from the woods within hours of being hunted… we love this time of year!
In need of - Strong pastry, Senior Chef De Partie or Jr Sous Chef to oversee a 1 star 4 rosettes pastry section.
Only 5 dinner services a week..
