I turn 35 this week (😑)… so over the last 8 weeks my team @Chews_Health have led:

Building various (strategically aged) patients of ours up to the #Altrincham 10k.
Ford - 25 - Knee - PB - 38.59
Laura - 35 - Hamstring - PB
Adam - 45 - Calf - PB
Donna - 55 - Knee - PB
Soraya - 65 - Hip - PB

So proud of every single one of them. 🥹

Happy @Chews_Health work anniversary to this ledge!
You lot will know how important it is to find a great practice manager and this is ours, Mrs Laura Maguire.
She’s the superstar that keeps us all at our best! (and no you can’t have her…) 🤩

Saturday is sure to be a great day of Hockey with our promotion pushing M3s and L1s both playing at Stockport Rd this weekend
In-form M1s have a tough task against local rivals Brooklands which is sure to be a feisty affair
This weekend's home sponsor is PGN Kitchens 🤝
