On Saturday, @GoBearcatsMBB celebrated the story of UCPD Officer Darryn Chenault and his nephew, Arryn Chenault. Arryn donated his kidney to Darryn in 2023. Learn more about their incredible story at teapaw.org/GoBEARCATS/status/1763…. @LifeCenterCincy
Tonight at Fifth Third Arena, we celebrate not just basketball, but the incredible story of a kidney donor and recipient within our Bearcats family. As we embrace this moment, we also recognize @LifeCenterCincy's invaluable support for our community and Bearcats Athletics. They are committed to saving, healing, and changing lives, a mission that supports families like Darryn and Arryn Chenault's. Their journey, profoundly impacted by the gift of organ donation, highlights the power of such acts of kindness.

Never give up on your dreams. 56-year-old Darryl Williams is back at the Police Academy after starting here almost 25 years ago. Williams was unable to complete the academy decades ago and has never forgotten his dream of working for CPD. He is now part of the 111th class!

Thanks to generous community donations & stuffed animals our neighborhood liaison officers had on hand, Officers Mack & Walker were able to make a special delivery to the hospital. The community has rallied behind the 8-yr-old shot in Westwood. He is in a medically induced coma.

Recently, some of our female officers took part in "Tactical Mindset of the Female Marksman" hosted by CPD's Training Section. Ltc's Lisa Davis and Teresa Theetge were there to promote the training & encourage our officers in their development! #girlpower
