We just launched a community for @RAFA_AI. Exciting right? But the real work started before the announcement went live. Here’s why community hubs + gamification are the foundation of sustainable Web3 growth. Most Web3 launches focus on attention. We focus on coordination. If you can’t organize, educate, and retain users before launch, then scaling only amplifies chaos. This is why we built a community hub as the backbone of our ecosystem.
