Have you considered that in an agentic first world, eMail and SMS go away? Like no more email and sms marketing.
A brands agent will likely have trusted relationships with particular consumer’s agents and they’ll communicate with that agent on promotions but the brand will likely not dictate messaging sent to you anymore.

Anyone who worked in data knows that making decisions comes from handling the details:
- calculating acquisition costs net of $0 orders and gift to influencers
- looking at conversion rate net of bot traffics
- reviewing COGS by elegantly jumping from Shopify to NetSuite

When I was 17, I got kicked out of my house, quit High School, got a GED and joined the military.
Six months later, I was working at the Pentagon on the staff of the Chief of Naval Operations inventing and building new computer systems for the routing of information within the Pentagon. (1999/2000)
Not much later (OCT 2001), I was in the Middle East, shortly after September 11th, working on the Fifth Fleet Emergency Response Team as the leader of Decon (going in and extracting / cleaning things up in the event of nuclear biological or chemical attack).
